SUMMARY:Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The December 1st public hearing is being conducted to obtain citizen comments on the draft 2021 Affordable Housing Advisory Committee Housing Incentives Review and Recommendations Report. The 2021 report identifies the affordable housing incentives and recommendations on each incentive established in Florida Statute §420.9076. \n  \nThe draft report will be available for review and comment beginning   November 23\, 2021\, on the Pinellas County Housing and Community Development website at www.pinellascounty.org/community. \nComments may be mailed to the Community Development Division\, 440 Court Street\, 2nd Floor\, Clearwater\, FL 33756 or emailed to cdplanning@pinellas.gov\, through December 1\, 2021. \nUpon completion\, recommendations\, will be provided to the Board of County Commissioners for consideration.
