Each CDBG-DR activity must address a disaster-related impact (direct or indirect)\, be a CDBG eligible activity\, and meet a CDBG national objective. \nCDBG-DR funding supports disaster relief\, long-term recovery\, restoration of infrastructure and housing\, economic revitalization and mitigation in the most impacted and distressed areas\, according to HUD. These funds are designated to primarily benefit low- and moderate-income households and communities. \n
