DESCRIPTION:Looking for leadership opportunities?\nInterested in politics? \nWant to learn more about county government? \nHigh School students grades 9-12–public\, private or home-school–who are interested in participating in Pinellas County’s Youth Advisory Committee are invited to attend this meet and greet with County Commissioners and previous YAC members. \nQuestions: email yac@pinellas.gov \nThe application period is August 11 to September 1\, 2025. Learn more.\n  \nThe Youth Advisory Committee advises the BCC on issues affecting local youth\, assigns members to appropriate county boards and committees\, participates in public education and ceremonies and assists with county programming. \nMeeting time and location are subject to change.
