DESCRIPTION:RSVP here (for in-person attendees)  \nPinellas County Building and Development Review Services invites you to attend a community conversation meeting to share your feedback on the Pinellas County Stormwater Manual as we evaluate the manual and consider changes to improve it. \nThe Pinellas County Stormwater Manual outlines the requirements for managing stormwater that must be followed for the construction of buildings and site development in unincorporated Pinellas County. The goal of these requirements is to preserve and improve water quality and protect our communities from flooding. \nPinellas County is working with partners and the community to conduct a peer review of this important manual\, including: \n\nevaluating the technical requirements of the Pinellas County Stormwater Manual compared to the State and other municipalities;\nthe opportunity to simplify the use of the manual\, including flexibilities; and\nexamining the economic impact of the manual’s regulations.\n\nAttend in person or virtually:\n\nFebruary 1\, 2023\, 5 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. \nIn-person attendance is encouraged as the virtual link is provided to facilitate virtual participants to listen to the meeting introduction and presentation by the County’s consultant\, VHB.
