    a. 191,614 Emergency Responses where both an ambulance and a fire truck were needed. b. 54,644 Non-Emergency Responses where only an ambulance was needed.
    c. 191,352 Patient Transports in an ambulance to either a care facility or hospital
    d. 91.30% of the response times within 7.5 minutes (4 minutes 43 seconds average).
