Pinellas County participates in the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) to protect our waterways and assist property owners in staying in compliance with local and state runoff regulations. Business facilities that are subject to these regulations should request an NPDES inspection through the Pinellas County Access Portal.
