Hurricane Idalia Flood-Related Debris Collection
Pinellas County will collect construction and demolition (C&D) storm debris from properties flooded by Hurricane Idalia in the following unincorporated areas on Sept. 29 & 30, 2023.
- Crystal Beach
- Indian Bluff Island
- Ozona
Accepted Materials
ONLY the following C&D debris will be collected:
- Building materials
- Carpet
- Drywall
- Fence
- Furniture
- Lumber
- Mattresses
- Plumbing
Place accepted storm debris from your property at the curb, without blocking the roadway, sidewalk or storm drains.

Document all storm-related damage with photo or video and ensure your home insurance company has completed their inspection before discarding anything.
