FSA Deadlines
The deadline to request reimbursement for unused 2024 FSA expenses is March 31. The deadline to verify your mailing address in EBS (OPUS) is March 26 to ensure your new FSA card is delivered to the correct address.

Quest will be at various worksites to provide convenient free screenings.

Disaster Assignment and Preparedness Assessment (DAPA)
Complete the annual DAPA questionnaire in EBS (OPUS) by April 18 (internal link).

2024 Form 1095-C is Available
A paper copy of your Form 1095-C (health insurance coverage information) was mailed to your home if you did not opt in to receive an electronic version. If you did opt in, it is available in EBS (OPUS).

2024 W-2 is Available
A paper copy of your 2024 W-2 was mailed to your home if you did not opt in to receive electronic W-2s. If you did opt in, it is available in EBS (OPUS).

The Human Resources Department is part of the Unified Personnel System (UPS) of Pinellas County Government. It provides personnel services for the ten Appointing Authorities who comprise the UPS.
