How it Works

  • Snap a photo of the problem (or just tell us about it with text) and we’ll address the issue.
  • Some problems may fall outside the boundaries of Pinellas County’s direct jurisdiction (for example, FDOT handles problems on state roads). If we receive reports out of our jurisdiction, we will forward your concern to the correct government organization.
  • Get updates on what is being done to resolve your reported issue.

Anonymous Complaints

Email addresses are required by the app. You can report complaints “anonymously” to exclude your email address/name from public viewing. However, email addresses are public records under Florida law. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, contact the appropriate office by phone or in writing rather than by email.

Code complaints cannot be reported anonymously. Per Florida law, Pinellas County code inspectors generally may not investigate anonymous complaints. A complainant must provide his or her name and address before an investigation may occur. See https://flsenate.gov/Committees/BillSummaries/2021/html/2340.
