Apply for a Building Permit

Building permit applications should be submitted using the Pinellas County Access Portal.

Use the button below, then follow these steps:

1. Check your jurisdiction on PCPAO.org by selecting Search our Database.
   We service Unincorporated areas, Belleair Beach, Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Shore, Indian Rocks Beach, Safety Harbor and Oldsmar.
2. Check the list of permit types applicable online before proceeding by selecting the instructions link at the top of the website.
3. Create an account. Once your account is approved, you may apply for a permit.
4. Select Apply for a Permit.
