Code Enforcement Division
Pinellas County Code Enforcement, a division of Building Development and Review Services, is responsible for enforcing codes in the unincorporated areas of our county. Code enforcement is important for the health and safety of our residents, and it helps maintain quality standards and high property values.
Pursuant to Pinellas County’s Ordinance No. 16-52 § 3, 10-11-16, to ensure that all foreclosed properties are maintained and in compliance with all applicable codes, they must be registered.
On Oct. 26, 2023, Pinellas County contracted with MuniReg LLC, a third-party company, to administer the County’s foreclosure registry.
