Apply for a Pet Dealer/Kennel Permit

This application is to obtain a permit from Pinellas County Animal Services to be a pet dealer or kennel, as required by county ordinance. This applies to those who sell one or more litters of dogs or cats per year and board, breed, buy, hire out, or train dogs or cats for a fee.
