Submit a Habitat Complaint

Habitat complaints should be submitted through the Pinellas County Access Portal.

Click the link below, then follow these steps:

1. Create an account or Log in.
2. Select Develop, then select Create an Application.
3. Read and accept terms on the page, and Continue Application.
4. Select License type or None Applicable for a home owner permit, and Continue Application.
5. Open the drop down menu and select Habitat Complaint.
6. Complete the complaint.
