Pinellas County Utilities launches new payment system

Beginning Saturday, June 29, Pinellas County Utilities customers will be able to use a new payment system within the Utilities Customer Portal, will make it easier than ever to pay your bills online and access your water usage information with a single log-in. You’ll also have the option to use our new mobile wallet feature for instant online transactions. Please note processing fees apply on all transactions.

The new payment system and sign-up feature goes live Saturday, June 29, 2024 at 4 p.m. If you are currently signed up for automatic payments under the old system (Bill2Pay), you will need to set up autopay under your new Utilities Customer Portal account at myaccount.pinellas.gov. This step is crucial to avoid account issues as the old payment system will no longer work.

Both payment systems will be down for maintenance on this day from 8 a.m. to noon while the transition occurs.
