Comprehensive Plan
The County’s comprehensive plan, PLANPinellas, went into effect January 1, 2023.
The Pinellas County Comprehensive Plan touches on almost every facet of our quality of life. It addresses things like delivery of public services, land use and mobility, the environment and culture and a myriad of other issues that matter to Pinellas County’s citizens, visitors and businesses. A comprehensive plan is a document that defines a community’s vision and establishes the associated goals, objectives and policies that direct the decision-making process to help achieve that vision.
