November 13, 2024, 3:30 pm - 5:00 pm

Pinellas County, in partnership with the City of Largo, is preparing a 5-Year Consolidated Plan for the years 2025-2029. The Consolidated Plan describes the County’s community development priorities and multiyear goals based on an assessment of housing and community development needs, an analysis of housing and economic market conditions and available resources. The 5-Year Plan will specifically address the needs of low-and-moderate income residents and the neighborhoods which they live.

Additionally, as part of this planning process, an Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing is being conducted. The Analysis of Impediments is an assessment of the County’s laws, ordinances, statutes and administrative policies as well as local conditions that affect the location, availability, and accessibility of housing.

Community meetings are being held to obtain public input on housing and community development needs and to obtain public input on the location, availability, and accessibility to housing in Pinellas County.
