Business owners & property owners in Joe’s Creek Industrial Park are invited to join us at the Joe’s Creek Morning Mixer
Pinellas County and the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area appreciate the input you provided last fall to help develop the Joe’s Creek Industrial Park Master Plan. The main components of the plan are ready!
Please join us for coffee, donuts, and a conversation about additional land use opportunities proposed in the plan. Pinellas County Economic Development also will have information to share about programs that may be helpful to your company.
This gathering is a great opportunity to meet other business owners and County staff as we work together to fulfill the potential of Joe’s Creek Industrial Park.
