Pinellas County Deaf Fest

Join Pinellas County and the Family Center on Deafness for our third annual Deaf Fest for resources and information for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community.
The free event will be open to the public, and American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters from AQI Interpreting Services will be available to assist attendees.
Information and resources from the County and community organizations will include:Â
- Alert Pinellas emergency notifications and the Ready Pinellas app, including features for deaf and hard-of-hearing individualsÂ
- Live chat on the Pinellas County website and during emergenciesÂ
- Text to 9-1-1Â
- Alert equipment for the deafÂ
- Pet preparation for hurricane seasonÂ
- Free hurricane kits while supplies last Â
- Free wellness screenings and immunizationsÂ
- A raffle for a chance to win a gift card or gift basketÂ
- General information about programs and resources available through participating agenciesÂ
