Contractors: Rehabilitation Programs

Pinellas County administers homeowner rehabilitation programs for home improvements, including roof repair or replacement, impact-resistant windows and doors, air conditioning/heating, and electrical and plumbing systems related to housing code items.

To participate in the rehabilitation programs, you can create an account and log into the Contractor Portal. Once registered and approved, you will be notified of new rehabilitation activities on which you can bid.
