Pinellas County Animal Services safeguards public health, public safety and animal welfare. Contact Animal Services using the form below if you have encountered an animal that presents a threat to public health or safety; if you suspect that animal abuse is occurring; or for general inquiries.
Public records request: If you are contacting us with a public records request, please submit your request through our public records center.
Pet licenses: If you are contacting us with a licensing question, please include your pet’s license and/or rabies number in the comment box.
Animal welfare: If you are contacting us with an animal welfare concern, please include your address in the form and the address of your concern in the comments box.
We cannot accept anonymous complaints. Under Florida state law, Animal Services cannot use anonymous complaints to initiate an investigation unless there is an imminent threat to public health, safety or welfare. A person who reports a potential violation of a code or an ordinance must provide their full name and address before an investigation can occur.
