Request a Zoning Certification Letter
A Zoning certification letter certifies the current Zoning, Land Use and permitted uses of a parcel of land. Only one parcel per request. Zoning certification letters will be processed in the order received within 30 business days. If you wish to inquire about separate properties, you must submit a separate request for each property/parcel. A fee of $160.00 is assessed to cover the cost of processing the request.
Review the steps then visit the Pinellas County Access Portal to get started.
- Create an account or log into the Pinellas County Access Portal.
- Select Develop from the top navigation tabs.
- Click the Create an Application link in the yellow field that appears below.
- Read and accept terms, and Continue Application.
- Select record type for Zoning Certification Letter, then Continue Application.
