Request a Zoning Certification Letter

Review the steps then visit the Pinellas County Access Portal to get started.

1. Download and fill out the Certification Letter form.
   • Simple Certification Letter
   • Detailed Certification Letter
2. Create an account or log into the Pinellas County Access Portal.
3. Select Develop from the top navigation tabs.
4. Click the Create an Application link in the yellow field that appears below.
5. Read and accept terms, and Continue Application.
6. Select record type for Zoning Certification Letter, then Continue Application.
7. Follow steps 1 through 5, upload your Simple or Detailed Certification Letter and submit your application for review.
