Apply for Journeyman Reciprocity

Journeymen are employed by construction contractors and must be certified by the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB) to work in our county. PCCLB recognizes certifications granted by other Florida jurisdictions, but only after those credentials are presented to the PCCLB and licensing fees are paid.
