Apply For Type 2 Use

Type 2 use applications should be submitted through the Pinellas County Access Portal.

Click the link below, then follow these steps:

1. Create an account or log into your account and select Plan from the top tabs
2. Click the Create an Application link in the yellow field that appears below.
3. Read and accept terms on the page, then click Continue Application.
4. Select Type 2 Use.
5. Complete the application.
