Pay a PCCLB Administrative Fine

Pinellas County ordinances ensure that uniform building codes are applied throughout the county to provide reliable and safe structures for residents, businesses and visitors. Licensed contractors who are found to be in violation of those ordinances may be assessed administrative fines.

Administrative fines can be paid online at the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB) website.
