Pay a PCCLB Citation

Pinellas County ordinances ensure that uniform building codes are applied throughout the county to provide reliable and safe structures for residents, businesses and visitors. Unlicensed contractors who are found to be in violation of those ordinances may be cited and fined.

Citations can be paid online at the Pinellas County Construction Licensing Board (PCCLB) website.
