Request Second Rough-in Plumbing Inspection

This form is submitted by the contractor to request a second rough-in plumbing inspection before the bathtub or whirlpool is installed and that inspectors will have access to the concealed equipment for inspection at a later date.

How to Submit

This form must be completed and returned prior to requesting the 2ndRough-in Inspection or given to the inspector on the jobsite.
