Short-Term Vacation Rental Form

Use this form if you wish to convert a property into a short-term rental location.

How to submit:
Use the access portal to apply.

1. Create an account or log into the Pinellas County Access Portal.
2. Select Develop from the top navigation tabs.
3. Click the Create an Application link in the yellow field that appears below.
4. Read and accept terms, and Continue Application.
5. Select Zoning Clearance, then Continue Application.
6. Enter STR location address.
7. Enter contact information.
8. Under Additional Information / General Information, select Short-Term Vacation Rentals under Zoning Clearance Type
9. After completing, click the Upload Plans and Documents button to upload the Short Term Vacation Rental Standards document (download by clicking the button below) to the record you created.
