Submit a Water Service Electrical Grounding Letter

This form is completed by a contractor certifying that an evaluation determined the electrical grounding meets the requirements of the Florida Building Code and the National Electrical Code NFPA-70 when a non-metallic pipe or tubing replaces an existing metallic water service pipe.

How to Submit

Place one copy in the permit box at the jobsite and provide one copy via email, fax or mail.
