The Housing Finance Authority Recognizes Winners of the Welcome Home Campaign

March 2, 2022 – The Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County (HFA) recognized winners of the Welcome Home campaign at their monthly Board meeting.  Pictured, left to right, Kim Wagner – Board Secretary, Barbara Dini – FBC Mortgage, Linda Kemp – Raymond James Bank, and Steven Beal – Board Chairman.  Not shown Seth Stern – Waterstone Mortgage.  Each year the HFA has a campaign promoting the First-Time Homebuyer Home Key 1^st Mortgage and Home Key Plus 2^nd Mortgage Down Payment Assistance program to increase awareness in the community and with partners.  The program starts in the fall of each year and loans must close and pass compliance by January of the following year.  This year Linda Kemp with Raymond James assisted the most clients with closing on their first home.  Barbara Dini with FBC Mortgage and Seth Stern with Waterstone Mortgage tied for 2^nd place.  Congratulations  and thank you Linda, Barbara and Seth!
