2020 Municipal Recyclables Composition Study

In 2020, Pinellas County Solid Waste worked with Kessler Consulting, Inc. to conduct a countywide recyclables composition study to measure the amount and type of mixed recycling collected in cities/towns and the County’s recycling drop-off locations. The study included a calculation of the overall countywide contamination rate.
