Affordable Housing Advisory Committee
This committee approves the affordable housing incentive strategy recommendations and evaluates established policies, procedures, ordinances, land development regulations and the local government comprehensive plan submitted and reported to the local governing board.
The AHAC is required annually to prepare and submit a report to the Board of County Commissioners that includes an evaluation of the implementation of and recommendations on specific affordable housing incentives.
