Pinellas Public Library Cooperative, Inc.
This cooperative is an interlocal agreement with governmental units and other appropriate providers of library services to establish a nonprofit corporation for the administration and operation of a cooperative library services system.
The governing board of the library services district consists of nine voting members and one ex officio member. The BCC appoints five of the nine members.
