Development Review Committee

The Development Review Committee typically meets the second Monday of each month and provides an opportunity, upon request, for developers and citizens to have questions regarding specific development proposals answered.

You may attend the meeting in person or participate virtually. If you wish to participate virtually, please call (727) 464-5047 or email zoning@pinellas.gov by the Friday prior to the scheduled meeting time and we will provide you with information on how to connect to the meeting.
