The Freshwater Estates-Lake Shore Estates Golf Cart Zone is bordered on the west by U.S. 19, the north by Dolly Bay, the east by Little Dolly Bay, and the south by Cypress Drive. A sign indicating that golf carts are allowed on all roads in Freshwater Estates and Lake Shore Estates North, as well as a sign indicating that golf carts are not allowed outside of the area and a sign with golf cart regulations are located at the intersection of U.S 19 and Cypress Drive.
