1. Are funds restricted to use in Pinellas County? We have two residential treatment facilities in Pasco County, treating individuals with SPMI and Co-Occurring Substance Use that serve Pinellas County residents. We also have an agreement with the Pinellas Public Defender’s office to provide 90 days of treatment for clients referred from their office.
Yes. Funds are restricted to use within Pinellas County. Each applicant organization must be licensed under Chapter 397, Florida Statutes, and must operate at least one client-accessible office or service location in Pinellas County. Funds must be for the service location, clients, and/or staff in Pinellas County.
