Emergency Health Profile

Emergency Health Profile Association’s free emergency health profiles allow 9-1-1 telecommunicators to quickly access important address, contact and medical information when you call 9-1-1 in the event of an emergency. If you’re unable to speak when calling, the line gets disconnected or you’re unable to remember something in that moment, this information will help 9-1-1 get you the help you need.

How It Works

  • Visit emergencyprofile.com and create your free Emergency Health Profile. Include your address, emergency contacts, allergies, medication, health issues, etc.
  • In the event of an emergency, call 9-1-1.
  • Your Emergency Health Profile is automatically sent to 9-1-1 to help them assist you.
