Past Meetings
March 21, 2023: Pinellas County held an open house from 6 to 7:30 p.m., at Seminole Middle School, 8701 131st St. N., Largo, to provide information about the Baypointe Stormwater Conservation Area. Pinellas County staff and consultants shared preliminary designs, discussed the project schedule and answered questions.

Brownfield Designation Public Hearings
Pinellas County, in accordance with the Florida Brownfields Redevelopment Act, held two public hearings to determine if a resolution should be adopted designating the former Baypointe Golf Course as a Brownfield Site. They were held at the following times:
