Project Overview
This project focuses on improvements to enhance safety and mobility for bicycles and pedestrians along the corridor, including connections to the Highland Recreation Center. The project involves filling in sidewalk gaps from Rosery Road to Belleair Road. Sidewalk gaps on the west side of the roadway will also be addressed.
New storm-hardened mast arm traffic signals will be installed at the intersections of Rosery Road and 6th Avenue. The project will also include Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) improvements to sidewalks, ramps and business driveways along the entire length of the project limits.
