Pinellas County Utilities (PCU) is committed to providing quality service to our customers and making improvements to aging infrastructure to better serve you. As part of this, PCU is completing a water main improvement project in St. Pete Beach, along Pass A Grille Way and Gulf Way from 9th Avenue to 22nd Avenue, where we will replace most of the aging distribution system pipe. This project will include the relocation of pipe to the main streets, the replacement of all cast iron and galvanized pipes and the addition of new service lines, meter boxes and fire hydrants.

Project Goals
- Replace old and deteriorating cast iron pipe and galvanized pipes
- Minimize dead-end water mains and improve water quality
- Improve water circulation to minimize water aging
- Improve public safety with the addition of new fire hydrants

This project is funded by Pinellas County Utilities Water Enterprise funds.
