Apply for a Zoning Combo
A Zoning Combo is typically needed when a change is requested with another type of amendment that has to be approved by the BCC, such as a zoning change, land use change, development master plan, etc.
Zoning combo applications should be submitted through the Pinellas County Access Portal.
Click the link below, then follow these steps:
- Read and accept terms on the page.
- Open the drop down menu and select Zoning Combo.
- Complete the application.
