Apply for a Zoning Clearance

Zoning clearance applications should be submitted through the Pinellas County Access Portal.

Click the link below, then follow these steps:

1. Create an account or log into the Pinellas County Access Portal.
2. Select Develop from the top navigation tabs.
3. Click the Create an Application link in the yellow field that appears below.
4. Read and accept terms, and Continue Application.
5. Select Zoning Clearance, then Continue Application.
6. Complete the application.
