Request Temporary Utilities
Utilities may need to be turned on temporarily before a building is ready to be occupied so the contractor can install or test equipment. Visit the Pinellas County Access Portal to request temporary utilities:
- Follow the link below. You will need to create an Access Portal account if you haven’t already and be logged in to follow these steps.
- Click on Utility.
- Complete the application.
