Plat Conformity Review Checklist

A subdivision plat offered for recording in Pinellas County must conform to the requirements of Chapter 177, Florida Statutes, and any additional provisions required by Pinellas County, as permitted in Florida Statute 177.011, and set forth below. Please complete this checklist by placing a checkmark in the box next to each item to indicate that the plat meets this requirement, or mark as ( N/A ) if it’s not applicable.
