Solid Waste Master Plan Document

The vision of the 30-year Solid Waste Master Plan is Zero Waste to Landfill by 2050. The planning process includes an evaluation of current and future technologies, availability and capacity of end-material markets, public outreach and education, and changes to existing policies.
