Housing Finance Authority of Pinellas County Sponsors the HOPE Expo – Home Ownership for People Everywhere
The Housing Finance Authority is a proud sponsor of the 32nd HOPE Expo being held June 10, 2023. During this all-day event, prospective home buyers will attend a free workshop to obtain the Homebuyer Education Certificate needed for many down payment assistance programs. Registration closes June 1, 2023. Please go to www.HOPEExpo.org to register. Classes will be taught in English and Spanish, and lunch will be provided. Attendees will have access to an exhibit hall filled with professionals including realtors, lenders, title companies, HUD-approved housing counseling agencies, and representatives from most of the down payment assistance programs, including the State of Florida. Prizes will be given throughout the day.
The event will be held at the Raymond James Financial Center, 880 Carillon Parkway, Tower 4, St. Petersburg. The exhibit hall opens at 8:15 a.m., and the workshop starts at 9 a.m.
