Getting Started is Easy
- Visit myaccount.pinellas.gov.
- Click Create an Account on the login page.
- Enter your account number and personal details.
- Choose your username and password.
- Log in and start managing your account.
- For added security, you can enable multi-factor authentication during login.
Quick Access Options
- Forgot Username or Password – Easily recover your login information.
- Pay as a Guest – Make a one-time payment without creating an account.
- Paperless Billing – Go green and receive bills electronically.
- Mobile Access – Add the portal as a shortcut on your phone for quick access.
Turning On Notifications
Stay informed about your account by enabling notifications in the portal.
- Go to Profile, and then Manage Notifications.
- Choose how you want to receive alerts (email, text message, or phone).
- Select the notifications you want, such as:

- Payment confirmations
- Save your preferences
You can update or turn off notifications at any time.
