Board of County Commissioners Meetings
The Board of County Commissioners meetings are usually held in the Palm Room at 333 Chestnut Street, Clearwater.
Regular Commission Meetings
Regular commission meetings are generally held twice a month, usually but not always on the first and third Tuesdays. The earlier meeting in the month normally begins at 9:30 a.m. (with the exception of the September meeting, which begins at 2 p.m.) with an Invocation, the Pledge of Allegiance, Presentations and Awards, Scheduled Public Hearings, Agenda and Citizens-to-be-Heard items. The second meeting in the month is held in two parts. This meeting begins at 2 p.m. with an Invocation, the Pledge of Allegiance, Presentations and Awards, discussion of Agenda and Citizens-to be-Heard items. The Board reconvenes at 6 p.m. for scheduled Public Hearings. Evening meetings are generally designated for zoning and land-use matters.
Work Session Meetings
Work sessions are scheduled as needed. They address specific subjects of particular interest to the commission and are usually held in the Palm Room at 333 Chestnut Street in Clearwater. Meeting agendas and supporting documentation for the work sessions are usually available to the public five days before the scheduled meeting.

Agendas provided at the meeting links listed above consist of items provided to the Board of County Commissioners on the published date. Final versions acted upon by the Board are compiled by the Clerk of the Circuit Court and can be obtained from the BCC meetings and minutes section of their website or by phone at 727-464-3458.
Meeting agendas are posted approximately five days before the meeting. Order of Items may be subject to change. Times are approximate.
