Fraud Awareness Week is dedicated to helping people learn about and become aware of scams so they can better protect themselves and their private information. In recognition of the week, Pinellas County Consumer Protection is hosting a series of FREE events open to the public.
AI Scams Presentation, 2 – 3 p.m.
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a seamless part of daily life, but it is also used by cybercriminals to make scams harder to spot. A Consumer Protection Investigator will explain the latest AI scams.
