Unincorporated refers to property not within city limits. Services for unincorporated areas, as well as some services for incorporated areas, are provided by the County. If you live in Ridgecrest, the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners serves as your local government.

The County is here to support you in addressing any issues that may arise. If there is an infrastructure issue (sidewalk cracks, potholes, etc) you can report that via See-Click-Fix. If you want to report a code violation (noise control, housing issues, sea wall problems), you can report that to our Code Enforcement team using our code complaint system.
