For North County Service Center
Expect construction noise Aug. 31 through Sept.
Construction of the foundation, including pile driving, will begin August 31 and last approximately four weeks. Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. This will be one of the noisier phases of the two-year project.
